NRA Financed Senators and Congressman Scrutinize Their Benefactor

Were you as perplexed as I was that NRA backed Senators were questioning Wayne LaPierre, the NRA's Chief spokesman about issues affecting the sale and control of Automatic weapons and high capacity bullet clips.

It just seems evident to me that any effort that doesn't result in an opportunity to sell more automatic weapons will be resisted at all costs by the NRA and it's allies.
Human life doesn't matter, only human capital seems to. Marketing efforts by the NRA are largely aimed at stirring up fear, disinformation, and mistrust of government , which results in emotional panic buying.
This is a prescription for the continuing slaughter of our children, and rising sales of lethal weapons and hi capacity ammunition clips.
It is a morally reprehensible and legally untenable situation, which will continue to rapidly deplete our police and security resources.
False arguments equating right to own guns with right to sell, transfer, and manufacture faster, deadlier guns will not withstand scrutiny.
Know one uses armor piercing ammunition and ceramic body armor to hunt for deer.
How many more young, innocent lives must succumb to an exploding bullet from the barrel of an automatic rifle before a member of the House or Senate, whose campaign depends on NRA funding, stands up and has the guts to say ENOUGH!! NO MORE!! TO HELL WITH THE NRA!! The first one to say this will make history, and save lives! He or she will also earn my unwavering admiration and respect.
